We are first in line at Indian Crest - we will be positioned up by 113 in front of the school.
Participating families should meet by 10:30.
A Few Notes about the Parade:
The parade is a family event, students must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian, but we encourage everyone in your family to join us!
Our float this year can accommodate riders if your student isn’t up for the walk up the hill. Please be advised, there is no getting off and on the float. If you chose to ride on the float, you must stay seated in your spot until the end of the parade. Parents can also ride the float – we will need at least 4 volunteers to sit on the ends of the float.
We also need lots of help walking to hand out candy and Grace Christian School swag!
If you do not have a GCS sweatshirt for all family members attending – please contact Diana O’Brien to purchase or borrow a sweatshirt for the event! GCS sweatshirts are requested, jingle bells are optional!
Please review the following parade rules with your family to ensure a wonderful day. Parents, you are responsible for your children during the entire parade event:
Candy and swag cannot be thrown – it must be handed out by walking along the crowd line.
Walkers must stay behind the float and between the vehicles – we need the kids to stay with the group – no running ahead or walking next to the float or trucks.
